Horrible experience, the guy at the shop was very rude to the customer. I have been renting car in different countries in the past few years, such as USA and Japan, but this is the only one I would complain about..

This place is a joke. Placed a rental from one month ago and now, the day before I need the vehicle, they call and say 99.9% sure you won’t have a vehicle and you need to find one elsewhere. What a joke of a business. Save your money. They will just swear at you over the phone.
