DO NOT USE. Car was great but total scam saying the car was damaged on return. Absolutely not. The photos they even provided "showing damage" shows no damage at all. Will not be paying for any "damages" nor using Thrifty ever again.
Very fast service, nice, clean vehicle and the rates are very fair. Painless experience.
I bought a ticket and car rental package through Expedia. Thrifty charged me twice for the car rental, and Expedia and I have been struggling to get my money back. All you get is a computer to talk to. I will never use Thrifty again.
1 star is not the review I want to give this mobile rental site. I want to give them a 0! Came off flight 15 mins early 1:45 pm. Went to get my car, I was told it was in the shop getting repaired. I will have to wait. By this time the attendant ran my American express card 2 times. Its now 2:45pm. I'm told I don't have to wait, I can come back.
