I bought a ticket and car rental package through Expedia. Thrifty charged me twice for the car rental, and Expedia and I have been struggling to get my money back. All you get is a computer to talk to. I will never use Thrifty again.
1 star is not the review I want to give this mobile rental site. I want to give them a 0! Came off flight 15 mins early 1:45 pm. Went to get my car, I was told it was in the shop getting repaired. I will have to wait. By this time the attendant ran my American express card 2 times. Its now 2:45pm. I'm told I don't have to wait, I can come back. Wouldn't let me give negative star
It is unbelievable how thrifty/hertz treats their customers, I am perplex! I had to make a change of the airport I was going to make the delivery of my rental car to the Mobile Downtown International Airport. I requested this by the call center and was charged an extra $28 fee just because of the change, after already paying around $200 just because I was not delivering my car at the same airport I picked up the car.
