I booked this rental direct via Thrifty but the site at Mandurah is the same as Hertz. I was welcomed by a very friendly lady who explained all the bond charges and returns and was then shown around by another helpful lady in terms of how the car workings. It was very clean. It was mentioned that sometimes with a foreign card the $300 bond may not be returned easily and other arrangements will have to be made. The money was returned ok though.
