To Whom It May Concern, Thrifty Car Rental is the totally unprofessional and over charges its customers after they drop off their rental car without telling them at the location. I am formally disputing the recent damage charges assessed on my rental vehicle. The vehicle was returned in the same condition in which it was received and was driven only for very short trips—less than 10 minutes per day (total of 130 miles in 5 days - which includes driving to and from their offsite location at Love Field to our hotel in Plano). ... read more
Terrible car rental place to work with. Made up fees double charged me on tolls and no accountability told me to just go pound sand more or less

Picked up car at different location but returned to Love Field location. Car was dirty inside and out. Dashboard lights indicated problem with tire pressure and service needed. Returned car after just 6 hours for what should have been a 3-day rental because of the problems with the car. I was charged an extra fee for milage, in addition to their base rate and taxes/fee. Never again.
Very quick and easy pick up. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.
