Ordered and paid for a Jeep Wrangler or Rubicon was told when I got there “there bad it was just rented to another customer. They gave me a small suv with absolutely no gps it was awful experience no other reimbursement for their mistake.
Had a bad experience. They charged me with a 50 usd windshield broken when i clearly shared evidence damage was there when they gave me the car. Which makes me think the person before me got charged as well and never got repaired. Will claim back to avoid paying for the expense and would not recomend them
On the back of the rental paper work envelope there were directions to drop off at a different location which was very confusing and this made the drop off very difficult. This also caused a lot of wasted time! Someone needs to address this!

I had a very poor customer service experience with Chaz & wasn’t given the correct car class.
