Horrible an Misleading. I’m never about openly sharing negative views on any business as I’m aware of the big impacts that it can have, but oh my ! I booked a moving van online for $97 for the 24 hour period 3 days in advance. On moving day, I head to the store, only to be told that it is now over $200 for the same booking, even after showing my booking confirmation to the employee. So I leave empty handed. I receivrd absolutely appalling customer service from the Campbelltown Thrifty. The audacity of the customer service person to berate a customer whom booked 3 months in advance only to pick up the vehicle when they shut the store 20 minutes earlier than they were supposed to and was unacle to collect it on the agreed day. Arrangements were supposed to have been made to ensure the car was available 7am the next morning.
