I receivrd absolutely appalling customer service from the Campbelltown Thrifty. The audacity of the customer service person to berate a customer whom booked 3 months in advance only to pick up the vehicle when they shut the store 20 minutes earlier than they were supposed to and was unacle to collect it on the agreed day. Arrangements were supposed to have been made to ensure the car was available 7am the next morning. Easy to rent, smooth process. Last minute booking at a reasonable price.
Really bad service. We had planned a full travel itinerary and they called 1 hr before to say that they dont have a car. Mr Sanjay from the centre was rude and was of no help at all. Stay away from them.
