Hired a car for a trip to the Daintree. Had no problems
Booked online in the morning, the website allowed us to book, waited in the queue for 1 hour to find our no car available for us, no offer of alternative for partner company, or upgrade. Terrible experience do not use. Went next door to A1 and he sorted us out in ten mins and gave us an upgrade!

DO NOT book with this company. Check out their reviews online and on productreview.com.au. i wish my partner and i did before we hired a car from them. They are a deceitful company. They slap extra charges on the day and it’s too late notice for you to change rental companies so you have to cop it. They also do not give you your bond back. Charged us an extra $180 on the day for a “location fee” for keeping the car at the airport. No mention of this when booking.
