It was the best. Very pleasant people.
I received excellent service during the rental pickup and drop off. My flight was the last one to get in for the night and the young Lady at the front desk waited for me to arrive. She was very friendly and had everything prepped for me. This was one of the easiest rental car pick ups from Thrifty.
Jessica is a rock star! My wife and I were stranded in Augusta when our van broke down on our way home to Charlotte. We had called Hertz as my company normally uses them and they reserved a car. Once we got an Uber to the airport, we were told that Hertz had no cars and were not even apologetic. Everyone else was also out or wanted crazy high rates. Enter Jessica and Thrifty...
