5 stars to Kenyatt she was patient, caring, and professional in my time of distress. Inspite of having to handle rude customers I personally witness her having to endure at 2 am and she was working alone with abt 20 ppl in line she help me and saved my trip to Atlanta.

Just want to start this off by saying I NEVER write reviews but this is THAT bad. I booked a midsized SUV about 3 days in advance and it was paid for. I didn't land until after 12 am (this morning) which they knew as that is what I put on my reservation. I get to the counter just to be told they had no cars except for a compact electric car. I had never driven one and did not feel comfortable driving one. She told me if it was that important to me, to come back the next day and trade it in (50mins one way from where I'd be) ... read more

Sorry rental company. Pay for a car rental a month in advance , have a pick up time and when you arrive from flying across the country you are told " oh we don't have any cars left" . This was my daughter's experience. What a sorry way to do business .
