They are the worst of the worst, I have never had any problems with renting services before. They have been so bad to me, and lied so much. I have been fighting against a charge for damage for over $1,000 for the last 3 months now. I didn't damage the vehicle that I rented, but even though the terrible lady that works there found a way to mess me up, so now i HAVE a claim with my insurance company and we have to deal with their management team.
