Over priced and rude service, I now use turo car rental in kearny to avoid all the thrifty red tape garbage they want to see.
Customer service needs a attitude adjustment. I don’t know his name. He was very rude.
BUYER BEWARE. THEY DO NOT REIMBURSE IF YOU DROP THE CAR OFF EARLY. They will charge you for the full rental. Apparently it's written somewhere in the contract. I feel this is something that they should mention to you at the desk. I rent vehicles every week and this is the only location that does this. It seems a little shady to me. After 3 emails and a phone call I finally received a rental receipt a week later. Again, only place I've ever had this issue.
