Car was not clean ! Smelled of marijuana and residue was inside the console. We found a bud under the seat, multiple air freshers and plug in air fresheners inside the car. Returned the vehicle on time and with a full tank of gas but got charged for returning 2 hours late and charged for 3 gallons of gas @10.99/ gallon. The agent at the counter was very nice.
No one is behind your counter therefore I have to use Hertz which has one agent that is slower than slow. Why even have a counter of its not going to be manned!!!! Took over an hr to get a car. Upon turn in, There was nobody to check the car in. I turned the keys into the return box by direction of the Hertz woman behind the counter. Now, 10 days later, you are just now checking the vehicle in and trying to charge me $700 plus dollars. Worst company ever

I reserved a car to go to a family member funeral and they did not honor my reservation and left me stranded. I got escorted out of airport and spent the night in the woods.
