Great customer service and friendly staff.
Made my reservation. Paid for it. Took an uber to get there to be told sorry we have no cars for you. Bs
The woman at the counter was great but there were 4 or 5 customers waiting for cars even though they had reservations because it was way oversold. Based on the reviews here it happens a lot, why would Thrifty continue to do this to their customers and put their employees in a horrible position?
