Bad customer service.
Horrible customer service. I had a car booked and they said they wouldn't give it to me because others had booked earlier than me. Why confirm the booking in the first place if you don't have cars available? Walked next door to Hertz and got a car in 5 minutes for the nearly the same price. The attendant was very rude, should not be in a customer service role.
The extra fees are obnoxious. First bill $1268. Final bill $2737.80

This rental company is a complete scam..I was charged $1666.00 for nothing and I had to report to my bank about the unauthorized charges.. please people don't not rent from this scamming rental company or you will be sorry..I don't won't no customer service from this company responding to my post because yall are all part of the scam..
