Friendly staff and pick up was easy
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with Thrifty Car Rental at Fresno Yosemite Airport concerning my reservation from June 19, 2026, through June 24, 2026. Never have I had any issues renting a car. I went to pick up a rental I had reserved and when I got there was told there were no cars left. Instead of offering other solutions the lady working simply said to go look at other car rental companies. It was a waste of time going to Thrifty just to be turned away. Never again will I ATTEMPT to rent from them. I will go to the other rental companies the Thrifty employee recommended.
