Deja was so professional and nice, we had no issues with our car rental she explained everything well and helped us out. I would continue to book with thrifty she told us about the blue chip program to help us save money for future bookings!
We booked a last minute reservation at this location after our flights from LGA were canceled suddenly on 7/27/25. We are so thankful for the staff that was working this evening. They were efficient and kind during a stressful time for a lot of travelers.
Counter agent was rude, condescending and unprofessional. I never heard a Thank you, Please or Good afternoon from her. It took 30 mins to get to someone who can help
It's okay,
While we ultimately received a car, the entire process was unacceptable. We had a reservation & arrived on time but there were NO cars available & each customer had to wait for returns to come in before they received a rental car. Some people were waiting an hour before receiving one. In the end they gave us a free "upgrade".....this is laughable since there was no other car to give us as that was the next one to be returned!
