Terrible , Was waiting for the shuttle for 30 minutes and when the shuttle came he didn’t even stop and continued driving ignoring me , I had to take an Uber
We are completely satisfied with the services we received at Thrifty. The customer service was outstanding!! Our representative, Ms. Deja, was wonderful. She greeted us with a smile, a warm welcome, and a pleasant personality. We were absolutely pleased with her service. We will rent from Thrifty at LaGuardia Airport every time we travel. Lifetime rentals from this location!!!
Deja was amazing. She was very helpful. Very informative. 10/10 customer service. Next time I’m in town I’ll definitely come back and secure a car - from the girl with the yellow coat
I had a very easy process Deeja in the front advised me to get a Kia it was my first time driving one but wow it was nice. I have a Benz back home but that car drove nice. Kann checked me out and Coffee drove me to the airport they were so accommodating. I love the staff here they made it a simple process. I will for sure rent from here again
Save yourself the trouble and cost and book elsewhere. I didn’t check reviews and I take full responsibility for that. Awful customer service and experience. Our current agreement was pick up in Raleigh Nov 4th through the 12th 2025 rental number- L39124684E7 We needed to change our drop off location to NYC instead 2 days early. Option 1• $320 to change our existing rental drop off to NYC. Includes Change fee and intercity fee.
