Long wait at pickup. I think there were at least 6 different companies all using one counter. The rental process/paperwork is extremely excessive and unnecessary. Made me very uncomfortable. Vehicle had dents but nobody inspected the vehicle with me. Had to wait in a line to drop off keys at return as well.
Poor experience with agent who lied and said I did not reserve a full size truck, when it clearly said I did. Then he said they only had a Ram 2500 and it would cost me more than what my reservation was, but I would have to take this or nothing else. He charged me almost $200 mores for the upgrade which was not my fault.
I believe this airport is the easiest I have had for picking up and returning a rental car. Super easy and very nice staff!
The agent listened to me and he was very enjoyable to work with.
