Auggie and his whole team were great and helped me find the best deal with a sticky situation I was in from a rental I had made that originally wasn't optimal for my trip. Super supportive in the adjustment and great looking out for the customer.
I didn't see any Thrifty rental. I saw Hertz rental. Maybe they work together? Not sure.
