Terrible customer services! The woman at the front desk was not happy to aid us to book for a vehicle: I told her we are looking at different scenarios to see the availability and best deal. She was mad and rude that we keep changing the specifications to look the feasibility of all possible scenarios. Expect the worst customer service if you decide to rent with them (Thrifty/Dollar/ Hertz).
Bad cars, worse people. Booked a medium sedan and got a hatchback, no options to choose from. Plus they charged me more money on top of what I had already paid for, and wouldn't change the booking. The manager told me that they had limited inventory and had to fetch cars from other locations in town. Would recommend enterprise any day.
Clean car, drove like new, awesome and friendly staff. I'll be returning to this location for any rental needs.
