Gave us a car with zero oil. BEWARE.
Absolutely horrible experience. Had a reservation. They sent me a confirmation 2 days before I was to pick up my car. And when I got there, they said they had no cars. I asked what they could do for me and the woman behind the desk to me to go to a different car company. Absolutely horrible way of doing business and terrible customer service!!
Booked a full size with expedia, was told they have only compact car available. I asked if they will charge me a lower rate and was told no same rate. Then she picks up a phone call and starts chatting for 5 mins and ignores me. I took my ID of the counter and walked away.
Gave me a vehicle with no winter tires on it in the middle of winter. Almost got into an accident. Brought it back it did not seem to care. Unsafe and will not be returning to this rental company.
