I booked a rental car in advance for one day while I needed to run some important, time sensitive errands and my car was being worked on. I went to pick the rental up and they had told me that they overbooked rentals and I would either have to wait a few hours to get my rental vehicle, or I would have to cancel and go without a car. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was informed the insurance I got via Expedia did not cover my rental. I was then asked about paying for their insurance at X amount of dollars, as well as asking about adding an additional driver for Y amount of dollars. The person at the counter did not specify this would be PER DAY, increasing my bill quite a bit. When I went to return the vehicle, there was no-one at the counter.
