If you really don't want to mess up your plan Please never book car from them when you will ahow up to their counter they will surprise you with there is no cars anymore. Worst experience after paying the full price and they will screw you up with the hidden costs. Go for big rental companies don't trap just to save couple of bucks.
It’s a rental company but the Buicks and Chevys are garbage. Got the first car, Buick, replaced as the fobs were not recognized by car after driving away. Had to resort to google to figure how to start it. Returned car for replacement as I couldn’t trust it. Second car, Chevy, did the same just not right away but I knew the trick and got it going again. Garbage vehicles. Staff need to tell people of this ‘issue’ as it seems more the norm with both brands. Nothing worse than feeling stranded.
I had a great experience here. Friendly staff, free upgrade and a safe, clean car. I'll be back next time I'm in town!
