It was ridiculous the amount we had to wait to pickup our vehicle and then we waited forever for someone to show up when we dropped the car off.
Shitty company. Shitty staff. Both of my trips, I get to the counter and I get “we don’t have a car for you”. The people ahead of me clearly didn’t have a booking but the guy upsold them on the coverage and refuelling and assumed they make more money off of that so he gave them my rental. Never ever booking with them.
I booked a rental car in advance for one day while I needed to run some important, time sensitive errands and my car was being worked on. I went to pick the rental up and they had told me that they overbooked rentals and I would either have to wait a few hours to get my rental vehicle, or I would have to cancel and go without a car.
