If I could give zero stars I would!! I should have checked their reviews first. They are ran by hertz car rental at the desk in the airport. Anyways I gotta there waited in line to be told that they do not have a car for me after making a reservation online.
The over booked their cars and just screwed me even though had a reservation
Do not use this company if you need a receipt, such as for a travel voucher or even for your own personal records. I rented and returned a vehicle from this location a week ago, and I still have not received an itemized receipt, despite me asking the rental employees multiple times if a receipt was going to be sent to me. I have tried looking up my receipt online, with no luck. I rented from this location last weekend and dropped my rental off Sunday around 10am. I left my pair of headphones in the rental and I called 2 numbers for this location and it's just a recording. I called Thrifty's main line and the agent told me to fill out a lost and found form but when you get to the lost and found page, there is no form. Got a car from dollar , which are the same cars and desk as Thrifty. Car was ok but they added $50 in misc fees and nobody can tell me what they are for. There is also no way to talk with them, and corporate says they can't help as they are a licensee. Avoid. Update: Reached out per instructions, solution was to contact location and wait. Not in the slightest bit helpful. The business model here is broken where this licensee has zero accountability to pick up their phone.
