Dear Thrifty Car Rental Management, If you are reading these reviews, I sincerely ask you to investigate the behavior and attitude of the employees at this branch. Their level of customer service does not reflect the standards of an international company like Thrifty. I have visited more than 50 countries, so I know what good customer service looks like. As a founder, I would never allow a team like this to represent my company or damage its reputation.
Excellent and professional service
We picked up the vehicle from Thrifty for the first time. While coming back to the location, we got 20 minutes late due to heavy traffic which was there on 401 due to an accident. Thrifty charged us for the whole new day for that 20 minutes. I am completely disappointed with them and never going to rent it again from thrifty. We called them multiple times to mention about the situation but no one really picked up the call. We also left the voice message for them that we will be late. Wouldn’t recommend.
DO NOT RENT HERE. We booked a week in advance, only to be told at 6 PM on the day of pickup (right at closing time) that they had no cars available and had to cancel our reservation. There’s no point in booking ahead if reservations aren’t actually guaranteed and cars are given out on a first-come, first-served basis. Completely unreliable and extremely frustrating.
