Forgot my bag in the car when dropping off. Easily recovered next day.
AVOID THIS LOCATION!! I booked my car rental weeks in advance and even checked in online. Less than 3 hours before my pickup time, they informed me that my booking would be delayed because no car would be available for another 4 hours. They did not even have the courtesy to call me or inform me promptly. They also did not answer any of my calls. When I found myself in need of a vehilce without any time to spare or plan, the entire team came through for me with consistent and professional customer service and as importanlty, a vehicle on time
Emailed me 1.5 hours before my booking time that they didn't have any vehicle for me.
I had booked my car reservation 5 days in advance and on day of reservation they emailed me that they have run out of vehicles and they don't answer the phone as well. Totally unreliable service. Will never book here again. I have never had this kind of experience at Enterprise
