À éviter absolument. Véhicule non prêt à notre arrivée = longue attente. Mais surtout : véhicule dangereux et non entretenu. Sans freins. Oui, vous avez bien lu : la voiture ne freinait pas. Il a fallu insister lourdement pour qu’on nous donne un autre véhicule. Le second véhicule ? Une catégorie bien inférieure, aucun geste commercial, aucune excuse. Wouldn’t recommend renting from this location. They advertise that they are located at Billy Bishop airport when they are actually at 330 Front Street W when you book through Expedia. Was a fight to get the shuttle that is listed as included in the booking.
