They dont use insurance so you need your own. Kinda beats the purpose of rentals but that's just me.
Very unprofessional and didnt even bother yo help me. I was in the building for a minimum of 3 minutes for them to say no. Jill was not helpful one bit . They said we won't do anything unless I had a credit card. And when I presented it to them they said said no . I got a bit of racism vibes to be honest :(
Our car broke down last Friday in the very small town of Oshkosh, NE while we were on our way to Colorado Springs.
