I always use Thrifty, never disappointed.
Wrong car type, very dirty car.
The staff was exceptionally accommodating. I left a carry-on bag in the vehicle. They promptly returned it to the airport for me. I am eternally grateful. The vehicle was well-maintained, and for the extensive travel we undertook in a week, the fuel costs were remarkably reasonable.
Everything was quick and easy. Desk staff and shuttle drivers were professional. Car (RAV4) was clean and perfect for us. The only reason i didn’t give 5 stars is because i would have preferred pick up and drop off at airport.
Robert was extremely personable. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The rates were good. The car was great. No issues. We will definitely use them again.
