All I can say is WOW!! They stayed open so late to pick us up from the airport and still remained as nice as if it was 2 p.m.!! They picked us up at midnight and took us straight there and it was no time we had our vehicle headed out to our air b n b!! I would highly recommend this establishment!! Once again, thank you for your hospitality and making this experience a fast one !!!
The personnel was perfectly efficient and accommodating. But if you have me fill out a questionnaire and asked about price or value, I’d give you a zero. You and the other rental car companies are price gauging. ($160 a day) is just not right. You should all be ashamed of yourselves!

We had an easy, efficient rental with Thrifty in Jackson Hole. The shuttle rides were easy and quick. My car was waiting and the staff was very helpful! I loved all the emails and texts that I received prior to my pickup!
I loved you had a rental service in town and a shuttle to take us back to the airport. They were extremely accommodating and delivered what they told us. No surprises.
