Terrific experience except for having to take your shuttle to and from Jackson Airport. Extra time is not convenient.
best car rental experience for us. pick up was super fast, went over car. return amazing... they met us in the parking lot when we pulled in. rent from here in Jackson WY!
Very smooth and excellent customer service. Sam made the experience smooth. Appreciate his paying attention and working in the best interest of the customer while taking care of the business. I rent a lot and this is one of the 1st times with Thrifty/Dollar but won’t be the last.
Service was great! Shuttle to and from airport was very good. Location did not honor Expedia discounts on second driver and added insurance so book directly with location.
Car was great. Good on fuel and very comfortable. The change oil light came on when the car was started.
