First off, very friendly staff. Because of my height, I was offered a upgrade immediately, and at a very reasonable price. The young lady who took care of us also set up our shuttle ride back to the airport at the same time. Very efficient for us as we only had 4 total days to explore the parks and town. The return was smooth and quick to complete.Definitely recommend Thrifty for rental.
Car was so clean! Very comfortable and economical! We loved it. Service was awesome!!!!
I found the car that they gave to us a little small for both us. My wife and I both have a bit of arthritis and it was hard to get in and out. However, they cheerfully gave us a RAV4 the next day, which worked out absolutely perfectly (58 MPG!). In addition, we got to the office to take the ride back to the airport and discovered that they would actually take us on the half hour. We were Back at the airport in plenty of time to get to our plane. It was a very good experience and only $66/day!
The shuttle from airport was in the parking lot when we arrived and left in about 5 minutes for a 20 minute pleasant drive to the rental office. Great service at the front desk during pick y up and drop off.
