Literally the worst. Their customer service is horrible. Prices are ok.... I mean NOT FOR WHAT YOU GET. But in comparison to just other rental.companies. I will say soend the extra and DO NOT USE THEM.

Rental agent was incredibly rude. No HELLO, WELCOME, or THANK YOU. Made it very clear she didn’t want to work today and we were certainly an inconvenience. Used our credit card and she charged us a $200 “refundable fee” even though we booked this thru our airline credit card and this should not have been charged. Worst rental car experience ever. I understand that this is a holiday weekend, but customer service matters .

Horrible service, I rent a car from Minneapolis Airport to Chicago, I get a Toyota corolla, and after 15 minutes driving the car start failing, I have to come back to the airport, and the attendant took the car key, he was so rude,I'd report to him to the manager at the airport., I submit a complaint to the company,but they never reply to me. Feels like they don't care about their customers.

Overpriced and surprising fees at the end... beware
