Horrible! 2 hour wait in line. Rude lady behind desk.
Horrible service, I rent a car from Minneapolis Airport to Chicago, I get a Toyota corolla, and after 15 minutes driving the car start failing, I have to come back to the airport, and the attendant took the car key, he was so rude,I'd report to him to the manager at the airport., I submit a complaint to the company,but they never reply to me. Feels like they don't care about their customers.
Overpriced and surprising fees at the end... beware
Terrible experience. Samira was a real treat she did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. She chose to leave my wife crying at the desk. Turned out she wasn’t running the credit card machine correctly. I’ll never rent from thrifty car rental again. Enterprise was fantastic. I really hope someone teaches that girl what customer service is. For thrifty…. Her name is Samaria at Minneapolis airport location, she claimed to be the supervisor.
