Why Book a car for 9am pickup if they don’t have it ready for you on time? I travel a lot and it’s 9:58am and I still don’t have my car yet. Now I’m behind my schedule! Will be last time using thrifty.

Do not under any circumstances rent here. I rented a Nissan sedan which had the windshield still frozen when I picked it up and come to find out it had a rock chip when it finally defrosted on the way back to the hotel. They then had me sign a waiver for “unnoted damage” when I turned it in and demanded $100 a month after the fact for “repairs.” Pictured below is the “damage.” If you like getting scammed this is the perfect place to rent.

Quoted just under $400 on the online reservation. They charged me $750 with no explanation!! DO NOT Trust their online price!! The front desk people are nice enough but I will NEVER use this company again.... Also, the stupid car had it's oil change light on and dinged incessantly.
