Awesome staff.
DO NOT RENT HERE EVER!!! All the staff provide horrible customer service and the cars are barely maintained. We booked a manager special and received a Kia carnival. We were not informed about their coverages and they automatically signed us out of it. We tried driving to Seward with it and the driver’s side front tire popped. This was only 1 hour into driving. The tire looked like it had been re-patched several times and it desperately needs to be switched out. We barely were able to drive back to the store for an exchange.... read more

Why Book a car for 9am pickup if they don’t have it ready for you on time? I travel a lot and it’s 9:58am and I still don’t have my car yet. Now I’m behind my schedule! Will be last time using thrifty.
