Was taken for a full tank of gas I didn’t use. The agent presented to me its cheaper for us to fill the usage. This was more convenient for me. So I took the offer. . I left 3/4 tank of gas and only drive 121 miles. Well the agent did not disclose the full truth. I was charged for 15.8 gallons at 4.61 gallon in addition to other fuel changes. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Rudest ever young man checked us in- seemed like he was being mean for his own entertainment- felt like we were being pranked- it was so bad. Cars NOT clean- had so many marks/broken parts/stains that it took 30 min in the rain to write them all down & TAKE PHOTOS of all of them cuz we could tell fr their shady check-in that they'd charge us anything they could on return.
