Small location off of airport in hidden plaza Rep "Antoinette" not sure of exact spelling was very helpful Only allow 150 miles daily if u r a local rental Car smelled of smoke, didnt ride smooth, tires slipped on wet roads, honestly didn't feel very safe in vehicle Mileage was 100 miles incorrect on contract . Had to inform them before leaving to avoid being charged eXtra fees for mileage Office not every clean or professional looking Would never rent from this location again
Online this says it's at the Melbourne airport. Be warned: it is not! You have to wait for a one man shuttle and then he makes you wait until all passengers are in van. We are talking 45 minutes of sitting in a van, waiting to be taken to our rental car. Cars are covered with dents and smell awful. They also try to charge you an airport fee - which is not explicitly written anywhere. Not friendly, not clean, not convenient. Don't go through what we just went through. Save yourself.
