RecommendedI can't say enough how impressed I am with the tech that came out to look at our dryer. We reported "no heat" and received a call back within a few hours confirming an appointment. The tech "Aaron" came out and quickly identified the problem as a blown limit (fuse) in the dryer. He explained why this happened (we failed to maintain vent box) and while he had our machine opened he cleaned it out. These people are great I worked for this company in the 70's from Jr. High throughout and past High School. The Hjelmstrom's are great people. Glad to see it's still up and running. Do see some logo color changes and a partial name change but I am sure the service is still excellent.

Simply the worst Rude. Rude. Rude. No idea what the employees are doing. Terrible phone manners. Cant give any answers as to what is going on or what happend. No accountability. EXPENSIVE. EXPENSIVE. It cost $132 to fix a coin slot on a dryer. SAVE YOURSELF!!!!!!!!
