I just want to say thank you to Juan,angel, and Jen . Returned my rental and was on my way home when I realized I had forgotten my wallet in the glove box . They got to work quickly to locate the car and my wallet . I got my wallet back and realized my cash was not in it before I could ask about it they had my cash . All of my things and money were all there .

Toll transponder scam - they won't tell you the cost of the PlatePass transponder until you are at the counter, you pay for every day of your car hire whether you use the transponder or not. I phoned and messaged, they won't tell me the cost, only to say between $9.99 and $27.99 per day, every day whether you use it or not. Other chat forums say as much as $27.99 per day, so that's around $224 for my hire. I cancelled.

Unfortunately my Uber driver had to drive around airport 3 times to find the rental place for me. It is torn down and there is a new transportation center at the airport with all of the rental place in a garage like in Logan. Unable to get any answers on phone system, so I just had him drop me at terminal to look for shuttle
