I am surprised to see so many bad reviews about this place ! I rented a car from Thrifty twice last week, and my experience has been very smooth. There was little to no wait to pick up the cars (I reserved them ahead both times), and the cars were ready & clean both times. All the staff were nice and helpful, and I had no issue dropping off one of the cars very early in the morning. I am waiting 30 minutes after arriving at airport to pick up rental car and they have just 1 employee working behind 12 counters for Hertz, Dollar and Thrifty. Unsat
Horrible experience trying to work with them. None of the phone numbers online work, had to go through the airport directly only to reach a bot loop. The website is unhelpful and did not offer accurate information or methods of assistance. In short - It's impossible to do anything or get in touch with them in any real way.
