I would givie it 1 star but then they would just have it deleted. Charged us more when we got there, added on extra fees, when we needed to extend they gave us a thousand different reasons why like it's needed for inspection, the registration is expired (its not), etc. They made me call a bunch of different locations and kept sending me back and forth to each other. They would not escalate my call, they were rude on the phone and just kept talking over me. Literally the worst car company I have dealt with.
Awesome
The rental car pick-up and drop-off garage is connected to the main terminal by covered and mostly enclosed air conditioned walkways. If your car is reserved in advance you can just walk up to it and drive away. Unattended drop offs are just as easy. What a pleasure to not need a shuttle or tram to get to a location miles away!
Literally just rented a car and it smells horrible and I have no way of contacting these people insane!!!!
Very friendly, I highly recommended Thrifty at Bradley International Airport.
