I had done a reservation online for the Santa Fe location. Their website let me go through with the reservation information, etc. The day to pick up the car comes and I go to the location, and they had closed that location that week! No phone call, no email, nothing! They only had a sign on the door that said, if you wanted to rent a car, you had to go to New Century/Gardner to pick up. Total disregard for the customers. 2 more people showed up while I waited for a car to take me to another car rental, that ended up charging... read more
