Caitlin deserves a raise. She is so friendly, knowledgeable, quick, efficient. I watched her single handedly multitask 6 different customers all at the same time, 3 of which had difficult requests and issues. She made sure to keep the line moving, working 3 different computers at once to get everyone taken care of. 2 of the clients came at her mad and she was able to quickly, calmly, politely difuse their anger with information and explanations. I rented a car at Austin-Bergstrom Airport through Thrifty. I was very frustrated because I was unable to extend my rental a few days online or by telephone . I was told I had to go back to the airport and talk to the manager because there was a hold on the car , and no amount of hassle would change that I went to this Rental Car facility in Round Rock and Steven Cooper the assistant manager was very very helpful . Worst experience ever, I booked this morning ubered here and they have no cars and did not call to cancel me before I arrived and they claim "we did not have time". Avoid this place like the plague!
