If zero stars was an option I'd give that. Appalling phone etiquette. Picked up the phone and before checking my reservation told me car may not be available. Then placed me on a 14min hold to pick up the phone and say "what was it you were calling about again". She then proceeded to tell me I can't rent with my debit card, although their policy is a $500 hold which I was willing to pay. Great service, this location accommodate Hertz as well Thrifty reservations
Fast and convenient, service was great, I was skeptical due to my reservation was with thrifty but when I arrived it said hertz, however the young reinsured I would taken care of and did just that my car was clean and ready to go. I will use this location again.
It’s Hetz not thrifty so I road around looking for Thrify and my pickup time was 5:00 and I got there at 5:05 and it was closed.
