I used the thrifty car approximately late November and got none of my additional deposits back even though The Car was in appropriate demeanor of what we agreed to. I just left at that wasn’t gonna use them again until just now this is January 23 at 3:30 in the morning, I’m getting 120 some odd dollar charge to my card for no reason from this thrifty car service. This place is absolutely garbage. We wasted 5 hours while they were trying to get us a vehicle that wasn’t available. It was the cheapest, I guess the old saying is true, you get what you pay for. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

De LOIN le pire service reçu à vie. Du premier au dernier contact ça n'a été que mauvaise attitude et abus. Nous avions booké sur un autre site pour un "tout inclus" et finalement nous nous sommes vu ajouter plus de 1200$ en extra sans même avoir notre accord. Nous avons essayé de les rejoindre PLUSIEURS FOIS (En ligne, par téléphone et par courriel). À chaque fois, il n'y avait personne pour nous aider.
