Guy working counter was terrible. Wife booked through Expedia. Went to get car. The guy seemed confused about the process. We paid insurance through Expedia. We paid for me to be added on as a driver since my wife doesnt like driving in the city. AFTER we paid the guy told us he could not guarantee I would be covered under the insurance however and it was to late to put me on as primary. If I could give negative stars I would. This place only had one representative working, while the others were in the back doing absolutely nothing. Location had no cars. Waited bout 1.5 hours to get the rental vehicle. I asked if I could return it to the airport location and representative said to call the 1-800 number. I was fairly happy with my rental, however trying to get back to the airport to return. The car was a bit of a hassle.
I used the thrifty car approximately late November and got none of my additional deposits back even though The Car was in appropriate demeanor of what we agreed to. I just left at that wasn’t gonna use them again until just now this is January 23 at 3:30 in the morning, I’m getting 120 some odd dollar charge to my card for no reason from this thrifty car service.
