Booked my car directly from Thrifty. Price seemed almost too good to be true. I got a better car than I initially booked for the same price. No line, person at the front desk was friendly. Almost didn't use Thrifty because of the horrible reviews and rating, but glad I did.
I rented a car at the airport that I set up online to drive to my hotel in Anaheim and drop off at the local rental counter the next day. It took over an hour and a half just to get through the line at the airport. Then another hour to get the car. I drove the car to the hotel and we went out to eat. The next morning, I took the car to the local store like I had set up but they were closed. I spent over an hour just trying to get someone on the phone to find out what to do.
