Looks like they close up shop in downtown Portland
While lots of folks can really burn the humans who work at a car rental counter, I have to say that KIM IS AMAZING and deserves all the praise in the world!!! I made an error with my reservation and if she hadn't saved the day it would have honestly ruined our entire weekend and we would have had to miss a dear friend's wedding. Thank you, Kim!!
I showed up at my scheduled pickup time and got my rental car 2 hours later. There's only 2 people working on a Saturday and apparently they schedule everyone at the same time for pickup, so there's like 15 people all waiting at the same time. On top of all the people waiting for pickup the 2 employees have to handle all the people dropping off their rentals. This location needs to add more employees and stagger out the pickup times because the turnaround time is ridiculous.
