First, our reservation was at 9 which should have left us ample time to get to our destination where we had booked a time sensitive sightseeing tour. Don't waste your time with this company. When I arrived, I had to wait for 30 minutes to speak to someone. They didn't have the car I booked, they didn't even have similar one. They wanted to downgrade me for same price or upgrade me for expensive car. If I could give 0 star I would.
