Showed up 20 minutes early. I’m here nearly half an hour after the scheduled time (50 minute wait). Overheard them not honoring another customers reservation and blaming third party booking sites, saying that they just hand out reservations without checking what’s available- that doesn’t sound accurate and if it is they should find a way to resolve it. Posted also on the Hertz name in Google: Disaster from the start. First, our reservation was at 9 which should have left us ample time to get to our destination where we had booked a time sensitive sightseeing tour. The manager did not even begin to talk to me until 9:30 and seemed easily distracted by people who weren’t even waiting for reservation. Don't waste your time with this company. When I arrived, I had to wait for 30 minutes to speak to someone. They didn't have the car I booked, they didn't even have similar one. They wanted to downgrade me for same price or upgrade me for expensive car. If I could give 0 star I would.
