Seems to be a theme for this place. Should have read the reviews before booking. Showed up 30 minutes early for my reservation didn’t get to the counter until 45 minutes past my reservation. They then tell me they don’t have my car. They can get me another car but I have to pay the difference. I tried writing to the company to see if they would respond. Worst experience using this rental location. Reserve my car almost a month in advance only to be told day of that. No cars were available. Only options given was to pay an extra $149 a day for an upgraded vehicle or wait until you receive a call when they get a car available to pick up, no ETA was available. Had to run to enterprise and luckily they were able to quickly get me in a vehicle within 20 minutes, although I did end up having to pay a little extra than planned, I was still able to make my drive. Showed up 20 minutes early. I’m here nearly half an hour after the scheduled time (50 minute wait). Overheard them not honoring another customers reservation and blaming third party booking sites, saying that they just hand out reservations without checking what’s available- that doesn’t sound accurate and if it is they should find a way to resolve it.
