Car was great , customer service was very poor, they changed the return time from my confirmation and wanted to change me extra since the quit doing after hours returns. And after hours is noon on weekends, ridiculous!
Caveat emptor! Worst experience renting a car, it's given me trauma for work travel. I rented a truck to move a cabinet and returned it a few hours later. I got threatening texts over a week after I returned the truck. I called 3x and spoke with customer service and they told me its on the location to check in the vehicle and to just ignore the threats and will expedite them closing the rental contract. They would not put my deposit on a different card and will charge more than you were quoted, don't get their toll pass , you won't go through that many in this state. Download the Express toll app and register your account, use your own insurance
Great experience every time I rent here. The staff is professional, helpful, and always makes the process smooth and stress-free. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and perfect for what I needed. Having a rental company I can rely on means a lot. I appreciate the great customer service and the relationship they’re building with their customers. Definitely recommend this location and I’ll absolutely be coming back again.
