Ein Stern ist 9 zuviel eigentlich möchte ich minus 10 geben!!! Ganz ganz schlimme Erfahrung!! Wir haben unser bereits im Januar 2025 bestelltes und bezahltes Auto am 20.6.25 nicht erhalten weil, ich als Check24-Account Inhaberin als Hauptfahrerin angegeben war und mein Mann mit seiner Kreditkarte das Auto bezahlt hatte (warum ist das möglich, wenn es doch angeblich nicht erlaubt ist??) Great experience. I feel if you do your homework there won't be any problem with rental. Free upgrade, fast shuttle to and from airport. Nice car. Happy
Same as others here. No human to contact about $250 in extra charges - some of which may be valid - but seems excessive. Beware of extra charges and poor customer service.
