Extremely lacking in basic customer service. All it took was one phone call to realize I’m better off taking my business elsewhere.
I try not to believe everything I hear about a person or place, but I went to Thrift twice with 2 different cylinder heads for my car just to have them shaved and they told me both weren't no good so I kept going back and forth to Jacksonville junkyard trading the cylinder heads. The second time I went to do a trade, the guy at the junkyard asked me where are the cams. I had no idea Thrift was taking off the cams and keeping them. Called in about getting some work done. Some one answers the phone with "Yeah?". After a conversation of mostly grunts coming from the other end. I took my car else where. Customer service doesn't appear very important here.
