For the team here years back I crawled into the health clinic.broken, depressed and afflicted. As a man it was hard showing my grief/tears, no matter how big and tough you think you might be", anyways not only are clinicians mericful in all respect . I’m genuinely surprised to read such negative reviews! My adult daughter has been attending Thresholds for a year now. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences; only receiving above and beyond care. So grateful for this organization.
It's with great sadness that I write this review. It seems this location is under new management. The clinicians & team leaders seem to be more concerned about personal gain and relationships with 3rd Party Speciality Court Clinicians (that work across the street) rather than the mental health of people. What a waste of resources and insurance money. At this time, I do not recommend this location.
Only giving 1 star just because I can't give you guys anything lower!! You guys are supposed to treat mentally ill people but it's kinda crazy you guys don't treat people who have autism like bro how dumb is that???!!! It's literally kinda sad no wonder you guys only have 3 stars!!
Hung up on me three times when I asked for help. Shanna says “I’m a lot “ find another job if you don’t like helping people and like having up on me !
