Tiger really listened to my concerns and helped so much with some pain I was having. They are clearly skilled and know what they are doing. They have a really calming presence that makes it so easy to relax. Can’t recommend them enough!
I attempted to collaborate with the owner to improve the situation, but unfortunately, no support was offered outside of an email. The massage therapist did not engage with me during the session in a meaningful way. Despite clearly communicating my needs and desires for the massage, I felt unheard and disregarded. I did not experience relief from the massage here. Given that I’m trying to be mindful of my spending while addressing an injury, this did not feel like a worthwhile investment.
In my past experiences with massage, I have been disappointed by therapists who seem to fear working on the neck and either only do light work, or barely any at all. Finally - I have found a massage therapist who is not afraid of truly spending time working on my neck muscles! Harper does amazing work and this is one of the many reasons I will continue to see them!
First time customer and I WILL RETURN. Beautiful space, easy to find, suitable parking. My masseuse was amazing. Really knew their stuff--released a lot of tension that was causin me pain. So grateful, also, for their very warm, tender, and healing energy. Highly recommend!!!
