We had Steve-o for one-on-one climbing instruction with our 9-year old son, and he was superbly patient and encouraging! Also, the life-skills and life-lessons Steve-o pointed out I appreciate as a parent. The facility is clean, and the equipment we rented was properly fitted to us; it helped our boy feel more confident as we pushed limits. We want to go back!
Devon is amazing! This place is super cool and Devon gave my son (12) some tips and tricks completely on his own volition. He was able to go from v0 to v3 in one hour. All of the people here were super friendly and totally cool. Next time he'll try to conquer one of the many the 50ft walls!
TLTR: The staff here (especially Cam and Steveo) are the best, this place is perfect for a date night, but even better to sign up with a membership as you get a gym (with weights, treadmill, exercise equipment, pull up bars, etc), classes (like yoga, climbing 101, rope safety, etc), and all the climbing, plus there is an amazing retail type shop in front, and the best community you could ask for all in one membership.
