I rarely leave reviews, but I had to share my experience as it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I wish I could say I recommend this place, but unfortunately they do not treat their customers properly. I spent nearly $200 in this boutique the day I received an email that stated they were running a promo, ‘spend $25, get $5 Bee Bucks’. I live in New Mexico ,when I go visit my mother-in-law in Overland Park , this is one of my first stops I was just in your store last week I am never disappointed I have always been happy with the quality of everything that I have purchased I plan on coming back this summer bringing my sister and a friend we will definitely be shopping at your store .

Disappointed. Have been a customer of this store for several years. Employees uninformed. Return/merchandise credit policy is terrible. I will use my merchandise credit and never shop here again. Merchandise credit was given on a tiny return slip with SAVE written in yellow highlighter (which is hardly visible). Easy for a customer to misplace and lose their return merchandise money (to the benefit of the store). Also easy for the ink to fade and not have a record of return at all. I have never been to your store before tonight, but received one of your tops for Christmas. I came to exchange it for something a little more my style but the systems were down. I understand having technical issues, but your staff was unfriendly and rather unhelpful with the whole process. However your store is very cute, so I'll give it another try.
