Rude and overpriced.
Check out the current BBB complaints. I'm still hoping that ThreeTree/Adam does the right thing and helps fix the problem that's been created. We started a remodel job in August 2018 that was only supposed take 6-8 weeks. It's May 2019 and there's still an outstanding issue that came up in December that wasn't resolved. Some of the work has been exceptional but that's all been erased in the last few months. Because of a leak from the new shower; we are seeing mold in the ceiling below it. Experienced Real Estate Investor review. Don't hire them!! Not worth the headache, stress, or money!! I have been battling with them for one year of a 4 month rehab project here in Charlotte. During the time it's taken them to get to 95% Completion on a well over +$100,000 rehab, I have completed 2 similar complex projects and build a new house ground up all in 3 different states, and they still not done as 11/7/18 3:38pm.
