Had a great experience with Alex. After contact he came over 4 an estimate and returned 2 start the 2 room job that afternoon. Worked with few breaks over next 3 days and completed clean-up early 04th day. We r very happy with final results and professionalism of Alex.
Update: Daniel reached out and wants to remedy the issues; waiting for the follow-up....Three weeks later, still, no follow-up, no communication. Sigh. Nice young men. They re-taped, mudded and painted my garage. However, only 1 year later, I noticed cracks along a tape line and chipping in a couple of places on the ceiling. I tried unsuccessfully to reach out to them on several occasions for follow-up, but I never heard back from anyone. Either they are out of town, out of business, or they just don't care. It was excellent to work with Three Steps Drywall on a large room project. They were very professional and worked quickly to complete the job. Communication was great. They are hard-working, skilled at what they do, and fair on price. Highly recommend.
ThreeStep Drywall family business was very professional and reliable helping us finish our basement. We are so pleased with their work. They always checked back with us to review the work and asked for our feedback. We plan to work with ThreeStep Drywall for our future renovation plans.
