They don't cut your time short, which is so refreshing. They truly make it worth every penny! The coaches are fantastic and it truly is such a welcoming community! It is not cliquey at all!

The atmosphere is amazing and the employees are the best. It's a great price for such a luxury gym. They have every piece of equipment you could need and it's all the best brands.

I enjoyed Boot Camp! Although I’m sore today! Coach Teresa was very personable. She provided modified exercises. Exercises are timed so you can move at your own pace. Gym was very clean & well stocked with up to date equipment. Classes are small so you receive more attention & coaching.

Very fun and different work out, felt extremely welcomed and not like I was too fat to be there like I've felt at other gyms. Teresa was friendly and didn't come off as a hard seller. The other participants were also so helpful and patient while I struggled to trust the bungees.

Teresa is the best! Very supportive and fun. Cassie has really come Into to her own as a trainer as well! I feel really comfortable there! Great atmosphere and people. Not to mention incredible workouts!
