Amazing experience(s) with Jenn. My career is not friendly to my shoulders or back, and her work with structural integration has alleviated much of my pain and helped me get back to work. I highly recommend her practice, she’s incredibly knowledgeable, and an overall lovely human.

Jenn is amazing and so easy to work with! I have only seen her for two sessions so far, but have already gotten more relief than I have in years of countless other solutions. Her use of structural integration and myofascial manual therapy has honestly been life changing. I would recommend her to anyone struggling with chronic muscle/joint pain!

Last week I went Three Waves Bodywork to see Jenn for some structural integration & myofascial bodywork and LET ME JUST SAY IM FEELING AMAZING! If your having movement problems, hip pain, back pain, or a mix of all three, go see Jenn! She's amazing!
