I was desperately looking for a repair person for my pool/spa heater that suddenly went out. I'm new to pools as we recently moved in to a house with a pool and spa and have been working our way through the learning process. Three Waters popped up first on Google with high reviews so I called. Ty replied quickly and was here the next day, fixed the problem and was very fair with the price. Needed some assistance getting the pool opened up for the season. Ty had an opening on his schedule and was able to swing by on the same day and get everything squared away. He is prompt, courteous, professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what I need to do going forward. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
