This is who you call for hot tub repair hands down! I had a 3 year old Barefoot Hot tub that was practically a swim spa and the spa pack died in an odd manner. Ty worked with me to troubleshoot the issue and the common fixes didn't do it. He came out, did some diagnosis and got the upgraded spa pack ordered. Because of the size I opted for a larger heater unit since it never got that hot prior. Ty replaced everything, fixed a few other issues in a pump and UV and made some magic happen with the heater. I was desperately looking for a repair person for my pool/spa heater that suddenly went out. I'm new to pools as we recently moved in to a house with a pool and spa and have been working our way through the learning process.
