We are new pool owners and had a bad experience with our first "pool guy" and feel lucky to have found Ty who is more of a "pool expert". He replaced our entire pad and the results were top notch. Ty is a ten star human! We found a hot tub on FB marketplace, and after hooking it all up, realized it wasn't heating. I messaged Ty on New Year's Eve, and he came out to take a look at it nearly immediately. He had it up and running by January 2nd, and we're thrilled with how easy it was to work with him.
Ty is an absolute professional and very reliable. He installed a new hot tub heater for me and made sure the whole system was in solid working order. He left the workspace spotless, and gave me great advice about the upkeep of the hot tub. Ty is extremely trustworthy and kind, and the only person I will call for hot tub issues from now on!
Ty did some work on my pool equipment in the spring. Later when I texted him with a question he did not respond. I texted him again last week about a big algae problem I now have, he decided it was good business practice to just not answer my text or call me. I thought I found a great new pool guy, but I was wrong.
We are halfway into the summer and due to a new job. My husband hasn’t been able to tend to our pool. we had a leaking pipe and our pool need desperate attention. I called one local pool service and they recommended me to call Three Waters Pools. I was so grateful I did. Ty was so wonderful to fit us in his schedule.
