On Thursday July 25, 2024 I went in to inquire about if they had availability to help me with one of my tires that was having a slow air leak. I walked in on around noon and was helped by a very nice man. He asked me when I needed the car, which was the next day, and said he’d have someone take a look and see what they can do. They took down my number and called me about 30 mins later saying my car was done and that it had a nail in it. They had helped me fix my tire so I no longer have a leak. The owner confirmed front and rear brake pads needed to be replaced but refused to provide the pad depth. Drew a sketch and said they needed replacement. I believed there was plenty of life left on both front and rear pads but asked for an estimate. Owner said $1500 for front and rear pads only (did not include rotors). Went to another service provider who confirmed front pads had more than half of their life left and rear pads less than half of their life left and no need to change either front or rear pads.
