I’m extremely disappointed with the carelessness of this company. They came to service our backflow sprinkler system and left our back gate wide open without notifying us. As a result, our dog got out (thank goodness it wasn’t our 3 year old child) and nearly got hit by a car, all of which we have on our ring cameras. This could have ended in tragedy due to their negligence. A simple double check or a heads-up would have prevented this entirely. My yard was neglected and I really needed help getting it to where I could manage it myself. I called and they got back to me with in a reasonable amount of time and was able to set me up for the following week. They did a fabulous job edging the lawn and clearing around the bushes and fence line. It was a massive help! Something that would have taken me all day to do they did beautifully in less than two hours.
