CHI Otolaryngology - Very positive experience, great staff and knowledgeable and helpful Doctors. Recommended.
Horrible. 1/2 the time they don't tell you about the fee you must pay at the time of your visit. So when you show up you are told you "must pay it now". I asked if there is a payment plan and was told maybe "somewhere, but since I haven't set it up prior too I had to pay right now." Then you are led into the changing room with one wooden chair (dirty). I was told to undress head to toe. I even asked if I could keep my top on or underwear and was told no. They even made me take my hair down. Mind you this was just for a knee ... read more
The services provided were excellent, however the front desk staff appears to not be knowledgeable with any sort of billing issues or contact information. If you need help with billing it is much easier to contact the corporate 800 number.
