The three thousand building is great. The management is beyond top notch. Dan and team run an excellent operation. From the maintenance to the security, to the valet, everyone is so welcoming and warm. They always remember my name and greet me with a smile. I first moved into the 3000 building in 2019 giving me plenty of opportunity to see trends, etc.
Most beautiful and amazing looking apartment building I have ever seen. Staff is amazingly friendly and polite (not to mention they actually speak English). Everything is super clean and epic. You will want to move in there right away.

Beautiful, relaxing and fantastic place
Beautiful spot in Miami. The view is spectacular, sunrises and sunsets are divine, the atmosphere is pleasant, and everything is VIP.
