I called Doug 4 hours after dropping my vehicle off, wanted an update. Even though I was only asking for an update, Doug got offended that I called at all, and told me that I was “making up” getting my car back today. I don’t need my car back I just wanted an update… He laughed at me, told me “he obviously didn’t have an update because he did not call”. Edit: Thanks for the reply. You never told me the inspection wasn’t done. I’ll let readers decide if they believe you, but your response doesn’t make sense. What kind of mechanic would start fixing the brakes on one half of the axle before looking at the other set of brakes? Even if it were true, it would be really bad.
